We provide the services and content made available at this Website, including but not limited to the on-line ticket booking service ("Website Services") for your convenience only. We do not assume liability for any reliance placed on any information or content provided in relation to the Website Services, whether relating to us or to any third party.

You may use the Website Services only for the purposes for which and in the manner in which they are intended.

We may at our discretion, with or without prior notice, modify, delete, edit or withdraw any part, component or all of the Website Services at any time, or stop or suspend any of them, temporarily or permanently and whether for the purposes of updating, upgrading or system maintenance or otherwise.

 

2. Payment Services
For your convenience, we facilitate your use of certain third party services that enable the use of accepted credit cards to make payment for entry tickets booked on-line or for your use of other Website Services ("Payment Services"), from or through this Website. Such Payment Services are provided by third parties and are the sole responsibility of such third parties. We are not responsible for and will not be deemed to be a provider of the Payment Services or any part of such Payment Services, even if you access or use the Payment Services through this Website and/or pay for the Website Services through use of the Payment Services.

2.1. Online Payment

• USER POLICY

  Qatar Entertainment Tasali W.L.L, hereinafter KidZania Doha, will supply the “Entrance Ticket/s” through KidZania Doha directly at the ticket offices of KidZania Doha, to the – purchaser who is the holder of the credit card used for payment, as long as the original credit card is presented, with an official ID (QID, passport) and the purchase code generated by the respective platform.

  
  The acquisition of entry tickets that you purchase through this platform implies an express and unconditional acceptance of the rules that apply within the facility of KidZania Doha, which the visitor is responsible for knowing and complying with at all times. Tickets are valid only for the date and time indicated in the purchase code obtained through this platform. Admission tickets for adults are only valid as long as they enter the facility accompanied by a child or infant who already has a ticket purchased. KidZania Doha strictly prohibits access to adults in our facilities, who are not accompanied by a child or infant who has already purchased their ticket. Tickets will not be refundable or exchangeable for another date or time. Schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Resale is prohibited. KidZania will give access to its facilities only to those who have entrance tickets and will not be responsible for stolen or lost tickets. The purchase code will be invalid if it has any alteration, breakage, erasure or amendment. The advance purchase of tickets does not imply preferential access to the facility.

   

  KidZania Doha reserves the right to remove from its facilities any person who puts at risk the integrity of visitors, employees or our establishments, as well as any person who violates safety rules or refuses to comply with them. KidZania may request at any time that the visitor verifies his age or physical condition accompanied with governmental issued identity cards.

   

  KidZania Doha, reserves the right to take photographs or make video recordings within the facilities, during the hours of operation and reserves the exclusive right to use them for their own promotional or advertising purposes.

   

  Entrance tickets that you will exchange for the purchase code, protect the visitor with Personal Accident Insurance, in accordance with the policies that KidZania Doha has contracted with the respective insurance company, the general conditions and their exclusions, as well as the provisions of the Law on the Insurance Contract. This insurance does not cover illnesses of any kind, or accidents that occur outside the facility of KidZania Doha, as well as those caused by the individual health status of the visitors. By using the entrance tickets to the KidZania Doha facility, you, in your own right and on behalf of your under-age companions, fully accept the indicated conditions and agree to release KidZania Doha from any liability arising from accidents that may occur within the facilities. You agree that such release of liability will be effective, even in the event that you refuse to sign the forms that KidZania Doha provides you for the use of such insurance.
   

• Notice of Privacy
  Qatar Entertainment Tasali W.L.L, with address at Aspire Edutainment Complex, Aspire Zone Street, Freej Al Ameer, Al Rayyan Zone 54, and PO Box: 93860, Doha, Qatar, will use your personal data collected to:

1. Verify and confirm your identity.
2. Deliver KidZania tickets that the owner of the credit card purchased through this platform.
3. Validate that the information contained in the payment form is correct according to the personal data of the official ID and the credit card of the owner who made the purchase, once verified this information, the holder must be at the KidZania Doha box office at the time of requesting, for the exchange of the purchase code provided by this platform for the entrance tickets to KidZania.
4. Create a regular customer profile.

3. Other Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions do not derogate from but are in addition to any other terms and conditions that may be applicable to specific Website Services as contained elsewhere or by virtue of the processes relating to the use of such Website Services. For example, you may be prevented from cancelling or changing your on-line purchase of entry tickets or use of other Website Services after confirmation of such purchase or use is issued or from making on-line bookings for entry at our KidZania, which require personal bookings at the Airport Counterand are subject to availability.

 

4. Rules and Regulations
These Terms and Conditions also do not derogate from but are in addition to the rules and regulations applicable to the use of our facilities or premises, such as but not limited to our facility, which may be displayed or notified to you elsewhere.

 

4.1. General Ticket Rules

 

Unless authorized by Qatar Entertainment Tasali through a written communication issued by an authorized representative, tickets must not be resold ,offered for resale (including via any online auction websites) , used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) , enhance the demand for other goods /services, either by the original Ticket purchaser or  a bearer. If a Ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the Ticket  shall be refused admission.
Qatar Entertainment Tasali has utilized information provided by third parties and all attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, at the time of print. Alterations and amendments to such information may occur from time to time without prior notice. Qatar Entertainment Tasali recommends that guests/visitors contact KidZania, Doha directly to verify any information provided by any other party that is directly or indirectly related to its operations.
All prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
Guests have a responsibility to pay any extra charges above the regular ticket fee in cases of activities that attract an extra fee. If guests wish to update the tickets to avail any ongoing promotional packages, additional charges such  as VAT apply as may be defined when and if the proposed law comes in to force.
Ticket holder may be prohibited if he/ she poses any risk or is adjudged to affect the experience in the facility and its patrons, negatively in KidZania’s sole discretion without any refund for the Ticket purchased.
Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
Ticket does not entitle the holder to complimentary vouchers or fast-track services.

 

4.2. Admission Rules

• Children below 8 years old and or below 120cms must be accompanied by an adult, AT ALL TIMES during their  visitation at KidZania Doha.
• Kids between the age of 8 and 17 years can enter KidZania Doha without being accompanied by an adult at their own risk and responsibility, but an adult must be present with the kid at the point of check-in and check-out of KidZania Doha.
• Each entry ticket is for one-time admission of one person to KidZania Doha in accordance with dates printed/displayed/shown on the tickets. Admission is subject to KidZania Doha’s operating hours (which may change from time to time without prior notice) and capacity limitation.
• Each transaction must contain a minimum of 1 Child/Toddler/baby ticket for an Adult ticket(s) purchased.
•  Lost KidZos, cheques or vouchers are non-refundable.
• Once admitted, children cannot exit the facility temporarily.
• Swapping the wristbands is not allowed.
• KidZania is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets, items, belongings or vouchers.
• Tickets are valid for one-time entry only.
• Outside food and beverages are not strictly allowed within KidZania Doha premises.
• KidZania Doha Management reserves the right to refuse the admission of a ticket holder, if his/her entry may pose a threat to the ambience, safety, security and operations of the facility.
• The entry ticket is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not for resale, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and will not be valid if it is altered or damaged.
• Admission of an adult without any kid is prohibited. For proper care and attention while at KidZania Doha, it is recommended that each adult accompanies not more than 5 kids.
• Qatar Entertainment Tasali may require accompanying adults to provide proof of identification upon check-in, pick-up (for drop-off) and at any time during the visit to KidZania Doha if need be.
• Visitors must be dressed appropriately having regard to the nature of KidZania Doha as a kids’ educational and learning facility.

4.3. In Park 

• Age or Height restrictions may apply to certain role-play establishments. Visitors may refer to the notice placed outside each role-play establishment to comply.
• Adults must not queue in place of their kids. All guests are required to maintain queue discipline in all areas.
• Adults are not allowed inside the role-play establishments except during programs which allow adults’ participation or unless escorted by authorized personnel.
• However, adults are welcomed to observe the role-play establishment subject to specific role-play requirements. Some areas of KidZania Doha are reserved for adults.

 

4.4. Prohibited Activities

While at KidZania Doha, visitors SHALL NOT:

• Offer or display any goods or services for sale.
• Distribute any printed or recorded material.
• Bring any flag, banner or sign.
• Play any music or sound, except via personal earphones.
• Cause public discomfort or incite a crowd, including by conducting demonstrations; giving speeches; preaching any political, religious or other cause not prior authorized in writing by Qatar Entertainment Tasali.
• Engage in any unsafe act or impede the operation of KidZania Doha.
• Take commercial photographs or videos except with Qatar Entertainment Tasali’s prior written consent. Visitors who wish to use photographs and videos taken in KidZania Doha for commercial purposes may request consent from Qatar Entertainment Tasali at ([email protected]), at least 14 working days in advance.
• Take photographs or capture video footage of any person without his/her permission. Visitors shall delete any photographs or video upon Qatar Entertainment Tasali’s request.
• Smoke (including using cigars, electronic cigarettes or vaporizers).

 

4.5. Prohibited Items

The following may not be brought into KidZania Doha:

• Pets.
• Outside food and beverage, except for bottled water, medicine and baby food or milk formula.
• Glass containers.
• Illegal, hazardous or combustible items.
• Transport devices with wheels (except wheelchairs), including without limitation strollers, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards in-line skates or shoes with built-in wheels.
• Remote-controlled devices and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).
• Tripods and selfie sticks.
• Suitcases, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than(100cm) in width
• Folding chairs.
• Weapons or items that appear to be used as weapons.
• Face coverings, except for religious or medical purposes, or masks.
• Display items (including clothing) with language or imagery offensive to the general culture of Qatar having regard to the nature of KidZania Doha as a kids’ educational and learning facility.

 

4.6. Safety, Security and Comfort 

• By entering KidZania Doha, visitors accept that they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, considering any personal medical conditions. All visitors in and around KidZania Doha should always behave in a safe manner and accompanying adults shall exercise  HIGHEST precautionary measures  while supervising the kids.
• It's is the SOLE responsibility of the adult to inform Food and Beverage operators in case of foodborne or particle borne allergies.
• Bracelets are a property of Qatar Entertainment Tasali and non-transferrable, not for resale and will not be valid if it is altered or damaged. Qatar Entertainment Tasali will charge a replacement fee to replace lost, altered or damaged bracelets.
• Upon admission, each visitor will be requested to put on a bracelet. For safety and security, this must always be kept on within KidZania Doha and will be deactivated at the exit counters upon exit.
• A child/baby/toddler can exit only with an adult whose bracelet information matches his/her’s unless such changes are reflected in the bracelet and verifiable in the Entry Register.
• Qatar Entertainment Tasali may conduct security checks on visitors’ belongings if need be.
• Adults are encouraged to restrain their kids from horseplay and roughhousing to ensure that other children are not exposed to risk of injury.
• Accompanying adults are encouraged to stay with kids who may require special attention to ensure their safety and that of other facility users. In such cases KidZania Doha can provide flexible operating conditions to allow adult admissions in to the activity establishments.

 

4.7. Online Ticket Purchase Rules 

• A ticket for admission into KidZania Doha purchased on www.kidzania.qa may not be cancelled, exchanged for cash or refunded. Tickets are deemed purchased when full payment is received.
• Each online purchase transaction is limited to 10 Tickets. For purchases of 11 Tickets or more, kindly make a fresh transaction. A convenience fee is charged for every online transaction.
• The official tax invoice should be printed out and presented at KidZania Doha’s ticketing counter for the issuance of an Entry pass for visitors to gain admission.

 

4.8. Exit Rules

• Adults picking up children from KidZania Doha are required to present a reference Number at the Exit Counter which must match the identity provided at the time of drop -off.
• Such adults will be required by KidZania Doha Management to verify their identity.
• Guests in one group cluster must all exit the facility together.
• KidZania Doha does not allow guests temporary exit once in the facility.
• In a case of group or school visit, the lead person or organizer must be present at the time of exit to verify that all guests in the group are gathered and safely checked out.

 

 

4.9. Disclaimers

• Qatar Entertainment Tasali reserves the right to change any aspect of KidZania Doha operations, including role-play activities and programmes, and the right to close parts of KidZania Doha to facilitate maintenance, renovation or private events. Events held at KidZania Doha are subject to postponement or cancellation; if such events are organized by Qatar Entertainment Tasali, Qatar Entertainment Tasali will endeavor (but is not obligated) to notify visitors who have made prior registration for such events.
• Visitors are advised to refer to wwww.kidzania.qa for the latest operation hours and event schedule.
• While KidZania Doha is child-friendly, Qatar Entertainment Tasali shall not be liable for any death, injury, damage or loss howsoever caused at KidZania Doha.
• Visitors are advised to keep their belongings in the lockers which may be rented at KidZania Doha’s Airport. Qatar Entertainment Tasali will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen belongings at KidZania Doha.

 

4.10. Amendments and Other Terms and Conditions

• KidZania, Doha may from time to time amend these Terms and Conditions.  Guest are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions so amended upon choice of KidZania Doha offers.
• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, additional terms and conditions may apply to the use of certain of the Website Services as indicated elsewhere at this Website.
• KidZania, Doha, without refund or compensation, refuse admission to, or remove from KidZania Doha, any visitor who contravenes these T&C.

 

5. Reservation of Rights
We may (but are not obliged to) to (a) monitor, screen, censor or reject any activity, content or material appearing on this Website; (b) investigate any violation or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions; and (c) do all such acts as may be necessary to ensure the provision of the Website Services and/or the smooth operation of this Website in the manner we desire.
